Solid Guarantees and Product Warranties.
Our guarantees and warranties are solid. We will never infer these assurances cover more than they do (sadly some deceive this way). As per the NSW Government non-structural repairs are guaranteed for two years, and structural work for six. If somebody is offering you more than this, we encourage you to cautiously check the small print and online reviews with regards to “product warranties” and what this actually means.

Our assessments and quotes are provided free of obligation or cost. Very significantly, as previously stated, we as directors (Ryan and Andrew) provide your quote and remain hands-on until the job is finished. We are both industry certified and experienced tradesmen. If you have a waterproofing problem, a leak to repair, cracked or loose tiles or any related wet area issue and you would like the problem solved with clear communication, effectiveness, speed, affordability and professionalism we’re here for you!
